I provide online sessions tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. Before beginning therapy the first initial appointment is a free 15 minute video, or phone call so we can have a chat about your current situation, your background, what you want help with, or what changes you would like to see in your life.

This information will help me to understand you and your circumstances and will also give you the opportunity to see if I'm the right therapist for you. If you feel that I'm not the right therapist, then that's also fine, there is no obligation to begin therapy.

If you decide to go ahead with therapy, we can arrange a time slot for your first session. At the start of Counselling there will be included an initial assessment in which I will discuss contracting with you. This part of the process outlines confidentiality, the limits of confidentiality, and my membership with the British Association for Counselling Psychotherapists (BACP).
